Terms and Conditions
This document defines the legal (contractual) relations between ILAME SERVICES LIMITED (operating under the brand name InfernoKeys) and Users, with ILAME SERVICES LIMITED acting as the administrator and sole seller on the Site.
Please note: This document does not define legal (contractual) relations between Users, as the sale of products is conducted solely by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED.
Definitions
Account - an account kept on the Site for a User, enabling the use of the services offered through the Site and benefiting from its full functionalities.
ILAME SERVICES LIMITED - a company with a registered office in the United Kingdom, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, Reg. Number 15951216.
Site - a group of affiliated websites made available on the Internet from the address: www.infernokeys.com.
Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions, including attachments, encompassing a set of rules regulating the use of the Site and rights and obligations of Users and ILAME SERVICES LIMITED.
User - any person buying a Product from ILAME SERVICES LIMITED by using any of the Site’s functionalities and/or who has registered on the Site.

1. Acceptance and Applicability of the Terms & Conditions
1.1. In order to use the Site, the User hereby agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions in whole and without any reservations.
1.2. The User hereby confirms that under the domestic laws of their country of residence, they are able to conclude legally binding agreements. The User agrees that they are not prohibited from using the Site and services offered on the Site due to domestic regulations or other restrictions. Users unable to conclude legally binding agreements with ILAME SERVICES LIMITED are hereby asked to refrain from using the Site.
1.3. The use of the services and/or access to the Site are subject to these Regulations.
1.4. The User hereby confirms that they have reached the age that entitles them to conclude legally binding agreements under the laws of their country of residence.
1.5. In the case of the User acting for and on behalf of a third party being a legal person, they hereby declare that they are authorized to commit, enter into obligations, and incur any liabilities related to the conclusion of the agreement for and on behalf of such third party, and the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by such User is of the same effect as if they were accepted by such third party.
1.6. The User hereby acknowledges that ILAME SERVICES LIMITED has the right to make changes and modifications to these Terms and Conditions, including the right to introduce new provisions and delete the previous ones, at its own discretion, at any time through an announcement of the changed Terms and Conditions on the Site.
1.7. By further using the Site and services, the User signifies their agreement to be bound by all changes that may affect them.
1.8. The amended Terms and Conditions shall come into effect automatically thirty (30) days after their publication on the Site.
1.9. In case the Terms and Conditions are translated into any other language and there is any inconsistency between the English version and such translation, the English version shall prevail.
1.10. When using any services or sending e-mails, the User communicates with ILAME SERVICES LIMITED electronically. For contractual purposes, the User consents to communicate electronically and agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications meet any legal requirements of such communication in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
1.11. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED provides Users with a digital platform to exchange information on products and services. In addition, it provides the possibility of establishing, presenting, and completing transactions via electronic means, including the sale of games and gift cards to Users by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED.
1.12. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED is the sole seller of products on the Site and provides assistance and administrative services as needed. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED is fully responsible for the goods sold on the Site, including their quality, condition, and compliance with applicable laws.
1.13. The technical requirements for the use of the Site include having a device with access to the Internet and software necessary to view websites, such as an up-to-date version of a web browser, including cookies support.
1.14. The User is aware that the functionalities available on the Site may differ depending on the country or region, thus certain functionalities may not be available for all Users. The User acknowledges that access to certain functionalities may be restricted for selected Users.
1.15. Integration with Kinguin: ILAME SERVICES LIMITED uses integration with Kinguin to manage product availability and pricing. This integration ensures that products listed on the Site are up-to-date in terms of stock and pricing. However, all transactions are processed solely by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED, and ILAME SERVICES LIMITED remains fully responsible for all products sold on the Site.
2. User Account
2.1. Any person who wishes to use the functionalities of the Site is obliged to register and set up an account on the Site. To complete the registration procedure, a person should fill out the registration form available on the Site.
2.2. During registration, the User is asked to provide their current email address, name, surname, and place of residence. If it is discovered that the User provided an email address that had been already used by them to create another account on the Site, ILAME SERVICES LIMITED has the right to suspend such an account. All information provided by the User shall be true, accurate, current, and complete.
2.3. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED is entitled to verify the data of the User (at any time) by requesting from the User proper and valid documents, their copies, or scans. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED may request a scan of an identification document from natural persons, and from entrepreneurs and legal entities, it may request documents confirming the company address, registration, authorization for representation, VAT identification number, etc. The copies of the documents shall be provided within fourteen (14) days from the day of the request.
2.4. Failure to provide these documents may be a reason to refuse registration on the Site or to suspend, block, or remove the account.
2.5. Registration on the Site is equivalent to the User having read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in full and consenting to the processing by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED of personal data transferred during the Site registration process. This processing is necessary to fulfill the services available on the Site by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED, as well as for accounting purposes and for contacting Users.
2.6. After subscription to the Site, ILAME SERVICES LIMITED will open an account and assign an ID and password (to be designated by Users during the registration process) to each registered User. The password can subsequently be changed by the User.
2.7. Each User is personally responsible for keeping their own username and password secret and safe, as well as for all actions taken as part of their account and its outcomes. The User is not entitled to share, assign, or authorize the use of their account, username, or password by any other person whatsoever. The User must inform ILAME SERVICES LIMITED immediately of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other security breaches involving their account.
2.8. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to close or suspend a User account if it reasonably suspects that the User has registered for or controls two or more user accounts. It may also reject a User registration application without specifying reasons.
3. Users of the Site
3.1. The User must sign in to access and use the Site and all its functionalities.
3.2. To use the Site correctly, the User must possess an operational system-equipped workstation with access to the Internet and standard software necessary to view websites, including cookies support. For the correct performance of some Site functionalities, it may be necessary to enable Java, JavaScript, Flash, etc.
3.3. Joining the Site, using it, and opening a User’s account is free of charge for Users. However, use of selected payment channels may involve payment of commissions or other fees to the payment service providers.
4. Seller Obligations
This section is no longer applicable, as ILAME SERVICES LIMITED is the sole seller on the Site.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Users may request a refund for any product purchased on the Site within seven (7) days of the date of purchase.
5.2. Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been downloaded, activated, or used in any way. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to refuse a refund if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the product has been accessed or used.
5.3. To request a refund, the User must contact ILAME SERVICES LIMITED via email at info@infernokeys.com and provide proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund request.
5.4. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED will process valid refund requests within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, where possible.
5.5. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
6. Liability
6.1. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED provides the Site as an online platform that facilitates transactions between itself and Users. The Site is made available on an "as is" and "if available" basis.
6.2. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED expressly declines all warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of condition, quality, durability, functioning, reliability, merchantability, or suitability for any specific purpose of the products and services sold.
6.3. The limitations and exclusions of liability under these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property and Data Protection
7.1. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED owns all intellectual property rights to the Site and grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the services offered by InfernoKeys, except those intended directly for commercial usage.
7.2. Users must not misuse ILAME SERVICES LIMITED's services or use them to violate the law or third-party rights.
7.3. Personal data protection is clarified in the Privacy Policy of InfernoKeys.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and other policies or regulations issued by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED, constitute the entire agreement between the User and ILAME SERVICES LIMITED regarding the use of the Site and services.
8.2. ILAME SERVICES LIMITED may transfer the rights and obligations arising from the agreement to a third party, including the transfer of personal data. By using the Site, the User consents to such a transfer.
8.3. All communication with ILAME SERVICES LIMITED shall be made via email to info@infernokeys.com.
8.4. The Regulations and any other documents related to the functioning of the Site and services rendered through the Site are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be deemed to be deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
8.6. Failure by ILAME SERVICES LIMITED to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
8.7. Section headings and other headings in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation thereof.
8.8. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts in the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable consumer protection laws.
8.9. Due to local laws and restrictions that may be present in the User’s jurisdiction, not all features of the Site may be available, and as such, some terms and conditions may not be applicable.
